The Nebraska Natural Resources Commission hereby gives Notice, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Sections 84-1411 and 2-1504 (3), that a public meeting of the Natural Resources District Directors residing in the Nemaha River Basin within Nebraska will be held at 7:00 P.M. November 13, 2025, at the office of the Nemaha Natural Resources District, 62161 US Hwy 136, Tecumseh, NE 68450.  The Directors, as river basin representatives, will hold a Special Caucus for the sole purpose of electing a resident of the basin to serve as a member of the Nebraska Natural Resources Commission.  The person elected will fill the unexpired term (2 years) of a four-year term due to the resignation of the former representative.  Any adult resident of this basin is eligible to be nominated by a Director and be elected.   Those desiring additional information on the election process should contact their local Natural Resources District.
